Our terms and conditions of return and refund policy are as stipulated herein:

• Return Period: 1-3 days from the purchase date.
• Condition of the Product: The purchased product must be returned in unused/new condition in a clean original packaging the seal must be intact
• Shipping Fees: The shipping fee from the shop to the client and vice versa is not refundable.
• Refund Method: Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method. If you received the CGM through insurance, a refund may be more complex, and partial reimbursements might apply depending on the provider’s policy.
• Documentation: Always keep a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, as this may be required for returns or refunds.
